BenchK VMS – Professional Vertical Movement Station

The BenchK VMS set is designed and manufactured in Poland in compliance with European safety standards for gymnastic equipment: PN-EN 12346:2001 and PN-EN 913:2019-03. The multifunctional BenchK wall bars are certified for use in professional environments such as physiotherapy clinics, pilates studios, gyms, hotels, and public institutions (schools, hospitals, military and training centers).
The maximum user weight is 150 kg (330 lbs). The set allows for both individual and group workouts, including functional, rehabilitation, and general fitness training.

The set includes:

2× BenchK 700B wall bars
Pull-up bar PB3B (with 6 grips and barbell holder function)
Dip bar DB1B with back support
Suspension training straps BenchK RECOIL

Functionality & Build:

The BenchK 700B wall bar is made of powder-coated steel profiles (1 9/16″ × 2″, 5/64″ mm thick) and manually oiled solid beech wood rungs. Max user weight: 150 kg (330 lbs). Wall mounting (screws and plugs must match the wall type; available from BenchK as BenchK PS12).
The PB3B pull-up bar includes felt-lined hooks to protect the wooden rungs and six non-slip grips for versatile pull-up and strength exercises. When flipped, it can serve as a barbell holder (up to 200 kg / 441 lbs).
The DB1B dip bar features integrated armrests and a back pad made of polyurethane foam, ensuring durability, easy maintenance, and a sleek look.
Both the pull-up bar and dip bar can be adjusted to the user’s height or removed entirely.
The RECOIL system is mounted to the pull-up bar with a special strap. Installation is quick and intuitive. The maximum user weight for the BenchK RECOIL system is 150 kg (330 lbs), and the product comes with a 10-year warranty.

Expansion & Availability:

The VMS set can be expanded with additional BenchK wall bars and accessories to create a customized workout zone.

Compatibility & Installation Notes:

The pull-up bar and dip bar are compatible only with BenchK wall bars.
The RECOIL system can also be purchased separately – it works independently and is suitable for both home and commercial training spaces.
Installation is not possible on drywall (plasterboard) walls. In such cases, BenchK offers Series 5, designed for pressure mounting between the floor and ceiling (e.g. BenchK 521).When using BenchK PS12 wall plugs (available from BenchK), the minimum wall thickness required is 12 cm (4 3⁄4″). In other cases, the customer is responsible for selecting the proper installation method based on the wall type.
